Michelle Wooddell – Founder & Principal
With more than 20 years of marketing, management and fundraising experience in Detroit’s nonprofit sector, she founded Cobblestone Solutions, LLC in 2013. She is a Certified Fundraising Executive and received a PhD in Nonprofit Management. She serves on the faculty at Grand Valley State University where her research includes the intersection of the public, private and nonprofit sectors and fundraising efficacy. In her spare time, she manages to get in a midday game of doubles tennis, loves dogs and going to DisneyWorld.
Heather Carmona – Managing Director
Heather brings more than 25 years’ experience working and serving in various nonprofit sectors including economic and community development, education, and human services. She’s worked for a social-impact technology company, and held executive positions with two area nonprofits as Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Director and is keen at adapting and responding to client needs. A Certified Health Coach (CHC) she volunteers with several organizations, loves to read nonfiction and enjoys open water swimming.
Cara Freitag – Program Manager, Nonprofit Services
Cara brings strong marketing and event management experience to the Nonprofit Spot team. Working with a number of Detroit’s non-profits, she has managed fundraisers, galas and events of all sizes. Cara’s keen attention to detail and ability to multitask makes for a great program manager! Cara loves to travel and is always on the move with her two sports enthusiast children!
Jodi Albaitis – Assistant Director, Grand Rapids Office
Jodi’s professional experience includes serving in various director-level fundraising, administration and program-level positions. Over the course of her 25 year career, she’s held positions in higher education and public-private agencies in both Michigan and California. She holds an M.S. in Educational Administration and has strong knowledge of nonprofit governance, financial management, nonprofit and philanthropic collaboration, and ethics. Jodi enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking for friends and family.
Meg Huntley – Managing Director, Central Florida/Tampa Office
Meg is a development, fundraising, and community relations professional from Southern California and has been working in the Tampa Bay area for the past 10 years. With a background in events, fundraising, and donor stewardship, her strengths include streamlining processes and planning unique and special experiences. Meg's experience ranges from small non-profits and education to national organizations and brands. She is a leader recognized for passion and commitment to bettering an organization. Meg and her husband welcomed a baby girl earlier this year, they love to travel and enjoy volunteering as wish granters for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Haifa Baptiste – Assistant Director, Orlando Office
Haifa has helped numerous nonprofit organizations raise thousands of dollars in her various development roles. She is passionate about helping organizations raise money and connect with people who support their cause. Haifa has extensive experience in grant writing, events and database management. She has a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management and a Certificate in Fundraising from the University of Central Florida, where she also studied for her Bachelors. When she’s not working or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her Chihuahua.
Chinyere Crutcher – Headquarters Office Administrator & Special Projects Manager
Chinyere brings 20+ years experience in administration, communications, customer service and marketing in various sectors including automotive, engineering, recruitment and education. She’s has also worked and volunteered in various capacities, with several nonprofit organizations for more than 14 years. She is also a business owner in direct sales and enjoys spending time with her family of four and the cat.
Rebecca Vachon – Assistant Director, Cincinnati/Southwest Ohio Office
Rebecca brings experience raising millions of dollars for organizations in a variety of sectors. She specializes in annual giving, stewardship, and database management. Rebecca is a Certified Fundraising Executive and serves on the board of the Cincinnati chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys traveling, crafting and spending time with her pets.
